Please note the following:
● BLES Families, we wish you all a wonderful Winter Break, and we look forward to
seeing you on Monday, January 5th, 2026!
● Join your student every morning from 7:40 to 7:55 for our morning mile on the
Blacktop!
Please remind your student(s):
● BLES families, it is now Winter. Please do not send students to school in shorts,
now that our mornings are in the low 30s.
● Blosser’s lost and found is located in the cafeteria. Please come and find your
things. Our lost and found will be donated over Winter Break
● Do not drive in the bus lane during morning drop off
Mark your calendars for some upcoming events:
● Winter Break December 22nd through January 2nd, School will resume Monday,
January 5th.
Please remember school is open for drop-off at 7:40 a.m., no earlier. For safety in the
morning, do not cut into the drop-off line or drive in the Bus Lane. Please remember our
Holly and Locust Street trail is open for students to walk to school. We have a staff
person at the end to help students cross the road and get safely to school! The bell rings at
7:55 a.m. Gates around the campus will be closed at 8:15 a.m.; if you need to pick up a
student during the school day, please ring the intercom at the far left front gate. For
safety in the afternoon, cars are not allowed in the parking lot after 2:40 p.m. until the
Buses depart, and please note that parking is not permitted in the red zone.
